Esteban brings over a decade of expertise as a physiotherapist and osteopath specializing in physical rehabilitation. With his extensive background, he is adept at providing comprehensive care and personalized treatment plans to address a wide range of pathologies and promote overall wellness.
Esteban's journey in the realm of healthcare began with the attainment of his physiotherapy degree in Chile in 2013. Drawing from his passion for hands-on therapy, he dedicated several years to working at a specialized private clinic, focusing on musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports injuries.
In pursuit of a more holistic approach to healthcare, Esteban chose to study osteopathy in Spain. This decision stemmed from his desire to broaden his diagnostic and treatment skills, considering all factors that contribute to disease from a global perspective. Osteopathy resonated deeply with him, offering a comprehensive framework to address a wide range of pathologies and empower his clients on their journey to recovery.
Esteban's quest for knowledge and holistic healing practices led him to discover evolutive medicine, a groundbreaking approach to health emerging in Europe. This approach resonated deeply with him due to its comprehensive perspective, which considers the patient within their broader biopsychosocial and environmental context. Grounded in evidence-based medicine and rooted in human evolution, evolutive medicine intrigued Esteban with its promise of a more integrative and personalized approach to healthcare.
Inspired by this philosophy, Esteban made the decision to pursue a new master's degree in Psychoneuroimmunology (lasting 3 years, 2022-2025). He views this program as a perfect complement to his background in osteopathy and physiotherapy. The master's program focuses on the interconnected systems of psycho-neuro-immune-metabolic-endocrine, which play crucial roles in the development and progression of chronic diseases. By delving into the intricate interplay of these systems, Esteban seeks to deepen his understanding of holistic health and further enhance his ability to provide comprehensive care to his clients.
